Moving from school to adult life for a young adult with disabilities means a change in services. This process can mean learning about SSI, Medicaid, Enable, Vocational Rehabilitation, DHHS, Advocacy and more. Without support, this process can feel overwhelming. These webinars provide the "need to know" for you to get started, ask questions and feel supported on the journey from school to adulthood.
