DHHS - Division of Developmental Disabilities
About Us:
DHHS Division of Developmental Disabilities (DDD) provides services through Medicaid Home and Community-Based Services (HCBS) Waivers to help people with disabilities, and who are aged, to live as independently as they can in their home and community. DDD determines waiver eligibility, provides service coordination for eligible people, monitors services, and pays service providers. The division also provides support through programs for Special Health Care Needs and the State Unit on Aging.
