Quality Transition Planning Supported through Indicator 13

This training will dig into early age transition assessment and planning, documenting quality courses of study, writing and documenting defined transition services, and reviewing Indicator 13 objectives. Participants will have the opportunity to engage with various agency representatives that can be purposeful partners in transition plannings. There will be time devoted to reviewing and uploading files for the Indicator 13 Self-Assessments. Access to SRS and ILCD portal will be beneficial. Teams welcome to attend. Sub-stipends available.

ESU5 Transition Cadre

Empower Hour: Positive Nebraska VR Partnerships

Positive Partnerships with Vocational Rehabilitation

These webinars provide the "need to know" for you to get started, ask questions and feel supported on the journey from school to adulthood.
