Interagency Collaboration can trick up the best of us. Figuring out which agencies, when to invite them and what forms to fill out makes us shake our heads sometimes and at other times, can trigger corrective action plans. Walk through which agencies there are, when to they should be involved, how to contact them and what to tell parents.
18+ Transition Services can be one of those decisions that seems confusing. This session will help teams discuss elements to include early discussions based upon data, involve team members, coordinate with outside agencies, consider academic and IEP goals to build a comprehensive plan to provide a proper educational programming.
