Enable Savings Plan is dedicated to helping individuals with disabilities reach their financial savings goals through bank checking, bank savings, and investment options.
Enable Savings Plans are available to individuals with disability onset prior to age 46 and have either a physician’s certificate of disability lasting longer than 12 months or expected to result in death; or who receive SSI/SSDI benefits. For 2026, individuals, families, businesses, and organizations can contribute up to $20,000 per year to an Enable account and contributions may also qualify for a Nebraska state income tax deduction of up to $10,000 for most taxpayers ($5,000 for married taxpayers filing separately).
